Leadership Summit – August 6, 2026, Meredith

This annual event is focused on the next level of water operations. The Leadership Summit focuses on building and strengthening water works leaders across our industry with ample Federal and State regulation updates, other relevant topics, and networking mixed in as well. NH Drinking Water Expo & Trade Show – October 21, 2026

This is our biggest event of the year where we welcome 40 exhibitors and 300 attendees, as well as advertise multiple times through our ~2,500-person email list to encourage registration. We offer the following sponsorship opportunities: Room Sponsors – $500  There are two seminar rooms in use during the Expo. Sponsors are identified on the projection screen in the room. Social Hour Sponsors – $500  Up to two sponsors cover the refreshments offered during the Social Hour, 3:00-4:00 PM the day of the show. Food & Beverage Sponsors – $250 Food and Beverage Sponsors help cover the cost of providing coffee, breakfast refreshments and lunch. Sponsors are recognized with signage at the registration table, coffee station and buffet lines. General Sponsors – $150 General Sponsors help NHWWA cover the cost of putting on this event. NH Drinking Water Festival and Science Fair – May 2027, Keene

Each year the NH Drinking Water Coalition celebrates National Drinking Water Week by hosting a Drinking Water Festival, State Science Fair Competition, and Water Poetry Contest for NH students. The coalition is comprised of many organizations including NH Water Works Association, NH Department of Environmental Services, Granite State Rural Water Association, Rural Community Assistance Partnership, NH Water Pollution Control Association, and municipalities. We look forward to welcoming 400 fourth and fifth graders to participate in hands-on activities and exhibits that will teach them about water use, conservation, pollution and many more topics. The grand finale is the science fair project competition and awarding of the winners. To learn more about the festival visit the NH Water Festival website. Construction Day – 2027 Date TBA 

This popular annual event is held in a different area of the state each year. We visit active or newly completed water works construction projects and hear from the project engineers. We offer sponsorship of the coach bus and up to four $250 food sponsorships to help cover the cost of breakfast and lunch. Your company name is prominently displayed and your contributions recognized in advance advertising, day-of presentations, and follow-up article.
