NHDES WATER DIVISION
The NH Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) Water Division is our State’s lead agency for public drinking water management, protection and regulation. They are principal partners with the drinking water sector, collaborating on project design review and permitting, project financing, emergency notifications, Consumer Confidence Reports guidance and forms, and regulations.
