NH Drinking Water Festival and Science Fair – May 7, 2025 in Rochester, NH

Each year the NH Drinking Water Coalition celebrates National Drinking Water Week by hosting a Drinking Water Festival, State Science Fair Competition, and Water Poetry Contest for NH students. The coalition is comprised of many organizations including NH Water Works Association, Granite State Rural Water Association, Rural Community Assistance Partnership, NH Department of Environmental Services, municipalities, and others.

We look forward to welcoming 400+ fourth and fifth graders to participate in hands-on activities and exhibits that will teach them about water use, conservation, pollution and many more topics. The grand finale is the science fair project competition and awarding of the winners.

NHWWA YP Joint Cornhole Tournament – 2025 Date TBA

Sponsor this fun annual YP event that is hosted with Massachusetts Water Works, New England Water Works and Green Mountain Water Environment Association. There is no charge to attend this event. Sponsors cover the cost of renting the court and providing refreshments.

Fisher Cats Outing and “Green vs Blue” Softball Game – Popular Family-oriented Summer Social – Fisher Cats Game July 22, 2025, Softball Game TBA

Sponsoring this fun event allows us to offer tickets to water workers and their families at a reduced price. Sponsors are recognized with signage in the Private Party Suite and in our publications. This event includes a buffet provided in the party suite. The day starts with the annual “Green vs Blue” Softball Friendly co-hosted with NH Water Pollution Control Association. All sponsor donations received before May 10 will have their logo printed on the back of the “Green vs. Blue” T-shirts and advertised with the event. Sponsor levels are as follows:

Platinum – $550

  • Includes 5 tickets to the game. Includes entry into drawing for VIP Parking & First Pitch!

Gold – $440

  • Includes 4 tickets to the game

Silver – $330

  • Includes 3 tickets to the game

Bronze – $110

  • includes 1 ticket to the game

Leadership Summit – 2025 Date TBA

This annual event is focused on the next level of water operations. The Leadership Summit focuses on building and strengthening water works leaders across our industry with ample Federal and State regulation updates, other relevant topics, and networking mixed in as well. This year we will be looking for lunch, happy hour, and room sponsorships. Stay tuned for more information about these opportunities.

Construction Day – August 6, 2025 

This popular annual event is held in a different area of the state each year. We visit active or newly completed water works construction projects and hear from the project engineers. We offer sponsorship of the coach bus and up to four $250 food sponsorships to help cover the cost of breakfast and lunch. Your company name is prominently displayed and your contributions recognized in advance advertising, day-of presentations, and follow-up article.

YP EVENT – Concord Watershed Cleanup & End-of-Year Celebration – 2025 Date TBA

Help cover the cost of the BBQ and celebration after this NHWWA Young Professionals event honoring National Source Water Protection Week. This is an annual event for water operators and their families. Sponsors will be recognized at the event and on our website.

NH Drinking Water Expo & Trade Show – October 23, 2025

This is our biggest event of the year where we welcome 30 exhibitors and 300 attendees, as well as advertise multiple times through our ~2,500-person email list to encourage registration. We offer the following sponsorship opportunities:

Room Sponsors – $500 

There are two seminar rooms in use during the Expo. Sponsors are identified with signs outside and inside the room. The sponsor is also recognized by the room moderator prior to the start of each presentation.

Social Hour Sponsors – $500 

Up to two sponsors cover the refreshments offered during the Social Hour, 3:00-4:00 PM the day of the show.

Food & Beverage Sponsors – $250

Food and Beverage Sponsors help cover the cost of providing coffee, breakfast refreshments and lunch. Sponsors are recognized with signage at the registration table, coffee station and buffet lines.

General Sponsors – $150

General Sponsors help NHWWA cover the cost of putting on this event. Sponsors are recognized with signage at the registration table.
